August view

This used to be my August view.
….
The garden doesn’t exist today,
trees are gone,
the old house has been squeezed in between new buildings.

And the window itself?
Stays only in my memories.
Memories which gets slowly yellowish like an old photo.

Adventures in a pub

A warm evening. You are sitting in a pub with a good company. The talk is not small, but getting bigger and wilder.
Suddenly you are on the boat with azure sea around you. Or you summit the Mountain of your dream.
You take a next sip and you are back in the pub. That experience was so strong, that you don’t know anymore if it just had happened for real or not.

Artwork is a linocut.

Something in common

It seams summer fashion is more controversial than winter one.
When the temperature rise up and the sun shines on the clean blue sky, lots of don’t & do are written, which we should follow, when we talk about summer look.
One of the biggest don’t is: Do not wear socks with sandals. Of course life goes its own way and you can see lots of guys nicely presenting their white terry socks with sandals. And to be honest, if they like…who cares.

What surprised me the most in this topic, is cliche built on this. For years I heard that a guy wearing socks and sandal is a typical Polish guy. This year I learned, that this particular picture is typical for German guy and…English guy too.

Well it’s nice to have something in common.
